PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

 

The maximum cutting thickness of a plasma cutting machine depends on the size of the plasma power source used. Common plasma power supply models include 63A, 100A, 200A, 300A, etc. In general, a 63A plasma power supply can cut steel plates with a thickness of 0.3 \ -12mm, a 100A plasma power supply can cut steel plates with a thickness of 0.3 \ -22mm, a 200A plasma power supply can cut steel plates with a thickness of 1 \ -45mm, and a 300A plasma power supply can cut steel plates with a thickness of 1 \ -50mm. Therefore, the maximum thickness that a plasma cutting machine can cut can reach 50mm. However, it should be noted that the thicker the steel plate to be cut, the higher the requirements for the plasma power supply, power, and operating environment of the plasma cutting machine. In practical operation, in order to ensure cutting effect and quality, it is recommended to choose a suitable plasma power supply and corresponding operating environment according to specific cutting needs.
