Through-Feed Wrapping for Long Products

The conveyor presents the product through the orbital wrapping area. The illustrated arrangement includes rollers, a guarded ring and product-positioning components. Select the ring clearance and conveyor support for the complete product cross-section and length.

Check Clearance through the Wrapping Ring

The usable opening must accommodate the product, packaging and any projections throughout travel. Provide the maximum cross-section and bundle shape so clearance and wrapping access can be checked.

Support the Product along Its Travel

Infeed and outfeed rollers support the product before, during and after wrapping. Conveyor length, height and roller arrangement should suit product length, weight distribution and the surrounding handling process.

An Integrated Wrapping Workstation

The factory view shows the wrapping assembly and conveyor equipment together. Review the final footprint, loading direction and access before approving the installation arrangement.

Align the Product with the Wrapping Area

Correct product alignment helps maintain stable travel through the wrapping opening. Confirm guide positions, support height and the intended entry orientation for the actual load.

Conveyor Length Matched to the Product

Long products require sufficient support on both sides of the ring. Customized conveyor arrangements can be discussed for the product length, weight and loading or unloading method.

Roller Support for Product Transfer

The roller conveyor supports movement through the wrapping station. Roller spacing and contact surfaces should be chosen to avoid unsupported sections or unwanted surface marking on the product.

Orbital Film Application

The ring carries the wrapping material around the product as it travels through the opening. Wrapping speed, product feed and overlap must work together to achieve the required coverage.

Guarding around the Wrapping Mechanism

The illustrated mesh guarding separates the wrapping mechanism from surrounding access areas. Confirm the guarding layout and supplied access-control functions as part of the final equipment configuration.

Production Preparation and Pre-Shipment Review
