MAIN COMPONENTS
1. Water treatment system
Including filters, RO reverse osmosis equipment, UV sterilizers, etc., used to treat raw water into pure water or mineral water that meets production requirements.
2. Bottle blowing machine
Heat PET plastic pellets and blow them into beverage bottles. Commonly used are fully automatic bottle blowing machines and semi-automatic bottle blowing machines.
3. Cleaning machine
Used for cleaning empty bottles to ensure that there are no foreign objects or contaminants inside the bottle. Usually includes two parts: internal and external cleaning.
4. Filling machine
Fill the processed beverage into the cleaned bottle. According to different types of beverages, filling methods include atmospheric pressure filling, negative pressure filling, and isobaric filling.
5. Capping machine
Encapsulate the bottle cap onto the filled bottle to ensure sealing and hygiene.
6. Labeling machine
Automatically attach labels to the bottle body, including product information, production date, etc.
7. Code printer
Mark the production date, batch number, and other information on the bottle body or cap for easy traceability and management.
8. Packaging machine
Packaging bottled beverages in a certain quantity for convenient transportation and sales. The commonly used ones are heat shrink packaging machines and cardboard box packaging machines.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
1. Bottle preform blowing: PET bottle preforms are heated and blown into bottles using a blowing machine.
2. Bottle cleaning: Empty bottles are cleaned inside and outside using a cleaning machine.
3. Beverage filling: The cleaned bottles enter the filling machine and are filled with beverages.
4. Bottle cap packaging: The filled bottle is sealed with a cap using a capping machine.
5. Label attachment: The packaged bottles are labeled using a labeling machine.
6. Marking: The bottle is marked with the production date and batch number by a marking machine.
7. Packaging and storage: Bottles that have been coded are packaged by a packaging machine and finally stored.
