FY-PWPM01 Turntable Pallet Wrapper

The rotating turntable works with a vertically travelling film carriage to wrap palletized loads. The detail image highlights the film carriage, drive and operator controls. Optional ramp access, pallet-jack arrangements, weighing functions and customized base dimensions should be confirmed separately. Select the loading arrangement and film system for the actual pallet and production workflow.

Wrapping for Warehousing and Distribution

Application examples include cartons, manufacturing products, bagged goods, food and beverage loads and distribution pallets. Confirm pallet stability, dimensions and weight before selecting the wrapping program, film tension and loading method.

Protective Packing and Delivery Planning

Protective wrapping and wooden-crate packing help prepare the equipment for transport. Packing details and shipping marks are agreed before dispatch. Provide the destination, postcode and unloading conditions for a delivery proposal. DDP service is available only for eligible destinations; freight, customs, duties, taxes, insurance and final-delivery scope follow the quotation.

Review the Load and Test the Wrapping Result

Customer visits provide an opportunity to review pallet loads, film performance and machine operation. Technical discussion, on-site acceptance and remote video inspection can be arranged. Provide representative loads, film specifications and acceptance requirements before the demonstration.

Pallet Wrapping Questions

*How do I choose the turntable? Consider the full pallet dimensions, diagonal turning clearance, load overhang and gross weight. Select a table and loading arrangement that fit the actual load.

*Does pre-stretch reduce film use? A suitable pre-stretch system can reduce consumption compared with the selected baseline. Actual savings depend on film grade, stretch setting, overlap and containment requirements; the advertised maximum is not a guaranteed result.

*Can it handle heavy pallets? Use the capacity approved for FY-PWPM01. Higher-capacity options in a series guide are not the standard rating of this model.

*Can I use a forklift or pallet jack? Confirm the turntable, ramp or open-base arrangement for the handling equipment.

*What support is available? Service includes a 36-month warranty, remote assistance, operation training and spare-parts support. Confirm coverage, voltage, plug and delivery scope in the order documents.
