Q: Does the machine require compressed air?
A: No. The standard turntable wrapper works on electric power only. No air compressor is needed.

Q: How does the film pre-stretch work?
A: The machine stretches the stretch film before wrapping. This uses less film while keeping the same wrapping strength – saving material cost.

Q: What is the maximum pallet height and weight?
A: Standard models support up to 2,000 kg weight and 2m height. Extended mast option available for 3m or taller.

Q: Can it wrap irregular shaped products?
A: Yes. The machine can wrap irregular pallets, but very loose or unstable items may require additional fixing before wrapping.

Q: Do I need to adjust the machine for different pallet sizes?
A: No. The auto-sensing system automatically detects pallet height and adjusts the wrap range. You only need to press "start".

Q: What is the pre-stretch ratio?
A: Standard pre-stretch ratio is 200%–300%. This means 1 meter of original film can be stretched to 2–3 meters before wrapping.
